Mark J. Schnurstein
Mark received his Chemistry Education degree from the University of Northern Iowa. He holds a Masters Degree from Webster University. Currently Mark is teaching Advanced Placement Middle School Science in the Des Moines School District. Mark has presented at the National Council of Teachers in Mathematics local and regional conferences as well as within the Des Moines District.
Mark is a firm believer in the power of inquiry based hands on experiences, and that is what had drawn him to the MESSENGER program.
